Can I be infected with Covid-19 from your products?
- Absolutely not! There are no Covid-19 cases within our team. The people in our staff take serious actions to also preserve their own health. We wear face masks and work with gloves. Nevertheless, we also wash our hands constantly (at least once an houre). The second reason, that it is impossible to get any virus by a shipment is because, as ll medical researches show, the virus can not survive on any surface more than 48 hours (2 days). In the best scenario you will receive your package 10 days after we ship it, which means than any hypothetical trace of any virus will be long gone.
Is it save to buy through this website?
- Yes, first of all because you don't need to write any payment information in this website (you will be redirected to the Paypal website for that) and second because this website has an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, as you can see from the domain address (https).
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
- We don't have any of our products in stock. Every order is manufactured specially for the client, which takes about 5 working days. After the t-shirt is ready, it will be shipped immediately and an email with the number of the package will be emailed to you.
Why have I never received an email about my shipment?
- We always send an email with the number of the package within 24 hours after the package has been sent. If you haven't received such email in your INBOX, maybe it has been gone in your SPAM folder. Please look for it there.
I have received a tracking number of the package, but I can't track it?
- Even though you have received a tracking number, sometimes it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the couriers tracking system.
What is the price for shipping?
- Shipping WORLDWIDE for one t-shirt is 9 euro. However, we have shipping discounts - if you order two t-shirts the shippping will be 15euro...etc.
How can I pay?
- You can pay for your order via PayPal. We have chosen it, because it is more safer both for the customer and for us.
I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still make an order?

Why is the price in USD and GBP changing every day?
- Because the main currency in this website is EURO. That is why the price in EURO never changes. But the USD and GBP prices are changing, because the rates between them and the Euro are also changing every day.
I am waiting 10 days for my package and it still hasn't arrived. What is going on?
- Have you read the "SHIPPING" section in the website? The shipping period for most of the European countries is from 15 to 20 WORKING days and for the rest of the world it is between 20 and 30 WORKING days. Please remember, that the shipping is something, that we cannot control in any way.
I have received the number of my package, but where can I track it?
- All the packages are sent with Registered Priority Airmail, so in most (BUT NOT ALL) countries, they can be tracked. The best way to do this is to go to www.track-trace.com and enter your number in the Post/EMS section. Then choose your country.
